These bars were the Pastry Queen Project assignment for September 4 chosen by Beth at The Powered Plum. I am just a little late posting but we have been enjoying them all week. Mine came out a little oozy but I just drizzled the run out bits over the top . These bars are amazing! The crust reminds me of shortbread and the top is like the most wonderful pralines.

Fish tacos are one of my favorite things! I like to make my fish tacos with fruit based salsas.
Peach Salsa
3 large peaches, peeled and diced
3 Roma tomatoes, diced
1 large jalapeño, diced
1/4 cup onion, diced
1 clove garlic, chopped
