Chef/Owner,
Amy Kohen, has spent many years in the catering industry, learning what
it takes to offer exceptional food paired with flawless service.
Most recently, she spent two years at the Ritz-Carlton in Chicago working in their kitchen, fine tuning her culinary skills and developing her unique catering style. Amy has also worked with various Boston-based catering companies, including Green Olive, Creative Gourmet, Baker’s Best, and Basil Tree. She graduated from Johnson & Wales University with an A.S. in Culinary Arts in 2003 and graduated from University of Colorado-Boulder with a B.A. in Economics in 2000.
