I have been making these peanut butter cookies for over 20 years. Graysen asked me to make them today so I did, I had forgotten how incredibly good they are. They are also super easy to make.

These bars were the Pastry Queen Project assignment for September 4 chosen by Beth at The Powered Plum. I am just a little late posting but we have been enjoying them all week. Mine came out a little oozy but I just drizzled the run out bits over the top . These bars are amazing! The crust reminds me of shortbread and the top is like the most wonderful pralines.
