Fish tacos are one of my favorite things! I like to make my fish tacos with fruit based salsas.
Peach Salsa
3 large peaches, peeled and diced
3 Roma tomatoes, diced
1 large jalapeño, diced
1/4 cup onion, diced
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 large avocado, diced
Juice of 1 lime
salt
Pepper
Add all ingredients to a medium bowl mix, salt and pepper to taste.
