Now I know allot of people absolutely hate Lima beans, but please give this recipe a chance! This is one of my favorite comfort foods that my Great Grandmother Agnes Thibodeaux used to cook for us when we were little in Lafayette Louisiana, they are creamy and spicy and oh so yummy!
