This weeks assignment from Project Pastry Queen was selected by Sarah at 20 Something Cupcakes. I made it and it was beautiful but mine turned out a little runny, the flavor was amazing and the family enjoyed it over vanilla ice cream! I think next time I will cook the caramel mix a bit longer

We share our Flower Mound Texas home with two English Pointers, two beautiful Maine Coon cats and a most boisterous singing Canary.
